Product Summary
The MAX313LESE+ is an analog switch. The device features low on-resistance (10Ω max) and 1.5Ω onresistance matching between channels. The MAX313LESE+ is +3V logic compatible when powered from ±15V or +12V supplies. The switch conducts equally well in either direction, and offer low leakage over temperature. The MAX313LESE+ has two NC switches and two NO switches. The device operates from a single +4.5V to +36V supply or from dual ±4.5V to ±20V, and is available in 16-pin TSSOP, SO, and DIP packages. The applications of the MAX313LESE+ include Test Equipment, Communication Systems, PBX, PABX Systems, Audio Signal Routing, Avionics, Sample-and-Hold Circuits, Data-Acquisition Systems and xDSL Modems.
